These clients had had their adult kids living in their basement suite for 5 years.  It was time for a little TLC after they moved out.  We updated the kitchen, painted, added new lighting, blinds, new door, new carpet, updated the bathroom and laundry and got all new furnishings.  Now this suite is ready for family or guests to visit any time.
